      Your best bets near Utica are to contact Capitol District Blacksmiths' Association in Albany:

      cdblacksmiths.org

      -or-

      Head over to the Adirondack Folk School in Lake Luzerne.

      Options near Binghamton are a bit longer drive. Emig's Ornamental Ironwork is a possibility near Kingston.
